W & J Construction Ltd. was founded in 1985 by President Danny Jadresko and Comptroller Sandy Jadresko and incorporated in 1987. The company roots are well established in Residential Construction and Land Development, including both single family and multi-family projects. Today, W & J Construction Ltd. has handled the construction of all Woodsmere Holdings Corp. properties.
W & J Construction Ltd. is a Certified Residential Builder (C.R.B.), member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association-Victoria. From 1994-95, Mr. Jadresko was President for Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria and member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia-CHBA-BC. In 1994-95, Mr. Jadresko was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association- Victoria. Until the recent collapse of the Five Year New Home Warranty Program, W & J had been a long Standing “AA” Registered Builder.
Mr. Jadresko was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association-Victoria from 1996-1999. W & J is certified for Home Warranty Coverage by London Guarantee Insurance Company.
